the hotel is immaculately clean, has views of the ocean. the breakfast is awesome, with pancakes or omelet and omelet, for example. the rooms are brand-new and updated here with a balcony, view on the garden and a separate bedroom. the service is excellent, includes easy to access parking.

The breakfast was great, the room was well-appointed and brand-new with hammock, bar plus king size bed, more than enough for the trip. Location: the hotel was just off the main street in Playa and the bus station.

This location was perfect and exceptionally nice, short walk to the beach, the restaurants, the bars and clubs, the market / shopping strip, and the main garden. I loved the room with an enormous double shower, the bed was comfortable.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Playa del Carmen and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect, right in the middle of everything with quick beach access. The staff was amazing, always helpful and friendly. Our room was spacious and quiet, providing a comfortable stay. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, and the rooftop pool offered stunning views. a great hotel that I would definitely stay at again.

The location was perfect, with a rooftop pool, bar, and DJ. The staff, especially Sandra, the concierge, were amazing. The room size was excellent. The hotel is conveniently located near 5th ave and the beach. Secure underground parking is available.

The fact that the website did not mention the gym had not yet opened as the hotel is brand new, it felt not everything was in place yet other than the food service which was excellent the location is good but not on the beach so one needs to pay 300 pesos or so a day to hire a bed at one of the cramped beach clubs
